Sparkling Stillness: Gong Bath

The Details

The Sparkling Stillness: Gong Bath event will be held at our estate with guests enjoying a 60-minute guided gong bath meditation hosted by Ylenia Fiorini, a Copenhagen-based sound practitioner, known for creating immersive experiences that explore the relationship between vibration, space, and perception.

At Domaine Evremond, Ylenia brings this approach into the open landscape of the vineyard, where sound meets nature. Here, the experience becomes a subtle interplay between resonance, air, and land—an invitation to attune, reflect, and reconnect through place and presence.

Following the sound journey, guests will enjoy a glass of our Classic Cuvée Sparkling Wine. After the stillness of the gong, tasting becomes more heightened, providing an opportunity to experience with even greater awareness the expression of the land, the rhythm of nature, and the thoughtful work of the people behind each bottle.

This final moment is an invitation into gratitude and gentle celebration, honouring nature, craftsmanship, and the simple joy of being fully present.

The event will take place on Sunday 19th July at 11:00 and last for around 75 minutes. Guests are asked to bring their own mat, pillow, blanket and anything else needed to create a comfortable resting space. Warm layers are recommended.

A woman is captured in profile as she strikes a large gong with a mallet in a softly lit indoor setting. Her curly hair and dark clothing contrast with the warm background light, creating an intimate atmosphere. The image focuses on the moment of musical engagement, highlighting the reflective surface of the gong and the contemplative expression of the woman.
